Hi! I’m Kalie.
I have had the honor of supporting some of Silicon Valley’s finest CEO’s, entrepreneurs, investors, executives, and entertainment industry professionals.
I have been in the private service industry for over 15 years. From the early years starting out as a nanny, to special event producer, chef, executive assistant, personal assistant, and estate manager.
I now own and operate an estate management business in Marin California where I provide my clients with high touch private property management and personal concierge services. What I really do is remove a huge amount of stress and responsibility from my clients' lives and create space for them to grow into the best versions of themselves. I understand how to support my clients on many levels because I deeply care for them and I am a master problem solver. I am thrilled to be able to share my experience and expertise with my clients.
WHEN WORKING WITH ME
We will work together to identify areas of stress in your life and areas that you are ready to hand over to someone else so that you don’t have to manage everything.
After we input your to do list into a task management platform I begin with tackling those items as you sit back and watch them get done without you needing to lift a finger.
As we continue to work together I will naturally gain a deeper understanding of your needs and preferences and become even more anticipatory and proactive so that things start getting taken care of without you needing to ask. If you want input on home improvement suggestions, routine home maintenance needs, or cutting edge ways to upgrade your home I can provide you with that too. I can also support you with things like planning special events and dinner parties, guest arrival and departure preparations, as well as leisure and travel services.
Each client has unique needs and the support you will get will be tailored to you specifically. My goal is to make you feel seen, heard, understood, lifted, and like someone has your back because I do! Anything you can dream of we can accomplish together so let’s have fun with it!

I LIVE IN BEAUTIFUL MARIN WITH MY 6 YEAR OLD SON FINLEY. HE IS KIND, CURIOUS, AND HILARIOUS. IN MY FREE TIME I LIKE TO SING, PLAY GUITAR, WRITE, WORK OUT, COOK DELICIOUS VEGAN CREATIONS, AND CONNECT WITH MY AMAZING FRIENDS.
When I was 5 years old I wanted to grow up and create a store that had everything in one store so that you only had to go to one place for all your needs. I was already trying to streamline systems at a young age. Fast forward to present day and I have created a business around this idea of a one stop shop. I wanted to create a business where I could alleviate chaos from my clients' lives and give them the support they needed so they could go after their dreams without being bogged down with everything that comes with owning multiple homes and trying to do everything on their own. Today my business is that one stop shop so my clients only have to go to one place for all their needs. I work with amazing vendors in our community who are brilliant at what they do and have a solid heart for service. This type of teamwork really does make the dream work! I ensure that my clients are satisfied with every task completed. My clients know they can come to me with any question, concern, desire, or crazy wild idea and I will jump at the chance to provide them what they want and need. I have a can-do attitude that is rooted in optimism, care, and determination. Along with my passion for lifting others I am confident that we can do incredible things together and I hope to have the opportunity to work with you.
